1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the SinyalHidup mobile application and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
SinyalHidup provides family circles, activity check-ins, greetings, contact shortcuts, push notifications, and SOS alerts. Activity check-ins and notifications depend on device permissions, operating system behavior, network connectivity, and third-party services. The Service may not always record or deliver an event immediately.
3. Your account and information
You must use an account you are authorized to access and provide a phone number to continue using the app. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
4. Circles and information shared with members
You may create or join a circle. Circle owners can review join requests and manage member roles. You understand that information shown to circle members—including your profile, phone number, activity status, battery level, greetings, and SOS details—is shared with those members. Only join circles with people you trust. Do not use another person’s invite code without permission.
5. SOS and emergencies
When you send an SOS, the Service attempts to notify active members of your circle. If you grant location permission and a location is available, the SOS may include a one-time location. Delivery may be delayed or fail because of connectivity, device settings, notification permissions, or provider availability. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, send false or harassing alerts, interfere with the app or its security, violate another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Service is at risk.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party platforms and services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Play, and notification infrastructure. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We do not control third-party availability or policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service to maintain or improve it. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes where appropriate. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work on every device.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, SinyalHidup and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm arising from missed, delayed, or unanswered notifications or from relying on the Service instead of emergency services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact us at tummistudio3@gmail.com to request account and data deletion. We may suspend or end access if needed to protect users, the Service, or comply with law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence continue to apply.
