1. License grant
Subject to this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and the Terms & Conditions, SinyalHidup grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the SinyalHidup app on a device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. License conditions
You may not, except where applicable law permits otherwise: copy, modify, or distribute the app; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code; remove proprietary notices; sublicense or commercially exploit the app; or use the app to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
3. Ownership
The app, its design, text, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to SinyalHidup and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA grants a right to use the app; it does not transfer ownership to you. You retain rights to content and information that you submit, subject to the permissions needed to provide the Service and the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party components and services
The app uses third-party services and software that may be governed by separate terms. Your use of Google Play, Google Sign-In, Firebase, and other integrated services remains subject to their applicable terms. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, fixes, or feature changes. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service. This EULA applies to updates unless an update is accompanied by a separate license.
6. Warranty and service disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is licensed “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to deliver every check-in or notification. SinyalHidup is not an emergency dispatch service. Keep another way to contact emergency services and people you trust.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SinyalHidup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the app, including missed or delayed SOS alerts. Nothing in this EULA limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
This license remains in effect until ended by you or SinyalHidup. It terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA. On termination, stop using and remove the app from your devices. The provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Changes to this EULA
We may revise this EULA when the app or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
