Request account deletion
- Email us from the Google account address you use to sign in to SinyalHidup.
- Use the subject Account deletion request — SinyalHidup.
- In the message, ask us to delete your SinyalHidup account. You may include your phone number to help us locate the account, but do not send a password or verification code.
- We will verify account ownership if needed, then confirm when deletion has been completed.
Email an account deletion request
If you cannot send email from the Google account connected to SinyalHidup, contact us at tummistudio3@gmail.com and explain that you need another way to verify the account. We will not ask you to share your password or one-time sign-in code.
Data we delete
After we verify and complete your request, we delete your SinyalHidup account and personal data associated with it from active app systems, including:
- Your SinyalHidup Firebase Authentication account and app profile, including name, email address, profile image reference, and phone number.
- Your device’s push-notification token.
- Your circle memberships, pending join requests, and profile details stored for those memberships.
- Activity check-in timestamps and battery-level records associated with your account.
- Greeting and SOS event records associated with your account, including any location attached to your SOS events.
Your Google account itself is not deleted. Other circle members’ accounts and information are not deleted when your account is removed. If a circle has other members, the circle may remain for them to use; your account and member profile are removed from it.
Data that may remain
We do not keep your profile, phone number, activity history, device token, or SOS location as an active SinyalHidup account after deletion is complete. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request and its completion, such as the request date and status, only when needed to document the request, protect the service, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. Any such record is kept only as long as needed for that purpose and is not used to restore your account.
Information already received by other circle members, such as a notification they have already seen, cannot be removed from their device by deleting your account. Service providers may also retain information where their own legal obligations require it.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time or must retain limited information for a legal or security reason, we will tell you what is retained and why. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
